 McIntyre
is the registered brand of a proudly Australian owned family
business which has been operating from our factory and
offices situated in the western suburbs of Melbourne for
over 30 years now.
The company was registered as McIntyre Steel Industries (Vic.)
Pty. Ltd. In 1977, but we began trading in 1963 by manufacturing
and installing Wrought Iron fences, gates and balustrades.
Like all long established business, we have evolved over
time. We now operate two main divisions, Fabrication and
Manufacturing.
Our Fabrication Division Fabricates and erects Structural
Steel for all tyes of commercial and domestic building projects.
At McIntyre, we employ our own people, not contractors, both
in our factory and on-site so that we can provide our customers
with the levels of service and care they expect.
The Manufacturing Division distributes a comprehensive range
of Timber Connectors, Post Supports, Metal Door Frames, Bracing,
Insulation Foil & Wrap, Letterboxes, Brickties and Masonry
products, including Angles, Flats and T.Bars to Timber & Hardware
retail outlets throughout Australia. McIntyre also supply
selected Building Products & Steel Lintels to Sand & Soil
retail outlets in Victoria.
McIntyre have an on-going commitment to supplying a first
class range of quality steel products and to providing a
reliable, professional level of customer service to the Building
and Construction Industry.
